华星东方承建的山东省商河县生活垃圾焚烧发电项目烟气净化工程于2021年11月19日开工建设。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project contracted by Huaxing East for Shanghe waste-to-energy plant at Shandong Province started construction on November 19, 2021.
工程整体效果图
该项目总处理规模2X500 T/D，本期建设1台500 T/D炉排炉式垃圾焚烧炉和1台额定12 MW的凝汽式汽轮机和1台12MW发电机组。二期增加1台500吨的机械炉排炉，配置1台12MW汽轮发电机组。烟气处理采用SNCR＋旋转喷雾半干法脱酸＋NAOH喷射系统（紧急）＋干法喷射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、储存及稳定化工艺，为我司EPC工程。
The total capacity of the plant is 2X500 T/D. In this period, a 500 T/D grate furnace type incinerator, a condensing steam turbine rated at 12MW, and a 12MW generator set will be constructed. In phase II, a 500-ton mechanical grate furnace and a 12MW turbine will be added. FGC applied SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry deacidification + NAOH injection system for emergency + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag house filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. It is an EPC project of Huaxing East.
